What we do
We are not quite a traditional consulting group, nor a traditional training
group, we sit between the two. We use training techniques to deliver bespoke
interventions with our clients.
We
offer a unique combination of coaching and teaching in a workshop format. Coaching
because the workshops are designed and facilitated to address your individual
needs for strategic development. Teaching because you will learn new ideas and
skills you can use immediately.
We have described what we do under four traditional headings. It
is the combination and interaction of these that makes us unique.
We must be unique because no other company has our staff! It is
our staff that deliver.
Workshops
Most of our customer interactions lead to the development of workshops
to create learning for our clients. Each of our clients has different
learning needs so we tailor the experience to meet those needs.

training sessions and more complex learning
sessions.
Consulting
We believe consulting is about listening. Before we can create an
intervention, usually a workshop but also our innovation
competence assessment, we need to listen to the client to see
what the needs are. We have structured approaches to listening,
because it is the questions that generate useful answers. Our competence
is in strategy and innovation.
Foresight for SMEs 
We realise that SMEs have special needs reflecting their size and
scope of resources. This is an important market for us so we are
adaptable in how we work with these organisations.
Not for profit organisations 
These are also very special customers. Their strength lies in their
commitment and special culture amongst the staff. We believe our
experiential workshops, which emphasise inclusive activity, are
of particular benefit to Not For Profit organisations that are facing
strategic change
